1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

1jili is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The platform is accessible at 1jili.cam and offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to online slots, live casino table games, sports betting, electronic bingo, and e-sabong, all offered to eligible users in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming law.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 1jili platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. 2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 1jili, a user must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be a natural person (corporate or entity accounts are not permitted);
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 1jili or its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or 1jili;
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

1jili reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a user's registration process or account lifetime. Failure to satisfy any of the above conditions will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending or credited balances, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games on 1jili, users must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. Users are required to provide a valid Philippine mobile number, which will serve as the primary account identifier and the channel for SMS-based security verification.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 1jili platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. If 1jili detects duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings accumulated therein.

3.3 KYC and Identity Verification

1jili operates under PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Users may be required to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawal processing above certain thresholds and may be requested at any time at 1jili's discretion.

3.4 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any OTP codes issued for two-factor authentication. 1jili will never request a user's password through any channel. Any activity conducted through a verified account will be treated as having been authorized by the account holder. Users must notify 1jili support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

1jili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder — third-party deposits are prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to the user's 1jili wallet instantly for e-wallet transactions and within a reasonable processing period for bank transfers, subject to the policies of the relevant financial institution.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, subject to availability. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 1jili reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where a user's account is under investigation for suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 1jili platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Users depositing in other currencies may be subject to conversion rates applied by their payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

1jili maintains full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended). Deposits must represent the user's own funds from legitimate sources. 1jili may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1jili offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is offered.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms across multiple accounts, using bonuses in conjunction with prohibited betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other manipulation of promotional mechanics — is prohibited. 1jili reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, and to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonuses are intended for individual entertainment purposes only and may not be assigned or transferred between accounts. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, household, device, or IP address.

6 Games & Betting Rules

All games available on 1jili — including slots, live casino table games, bingo, sports betting, and e-sabong — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface or sport section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on 1jili covers domestic competitions including the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), international leagues including the NBA, and combat sports including UFC and boxing. All sports bets are subject to the event results as determined by the official governing body for the relevant sport. 1jili reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest errors, technical failures, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

6.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games on 1jili are operated through certified live streaming studios. Game results are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the dealer or automated system. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, 1jili will resolve the situation in accordance with the recorded game state at the time of disconnection.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting a game round, 1jili reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the bet amount to the player's wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 1jili is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users of 1jili are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Creating more than one account on the 1jili platform, or assisting another person in doing so;
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such exploits must be reported to 1jili support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Using the 1jili platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines;
• Accessing the platform using false identity information or on behalf of another person without explicit authorization;
• Using VPNs or other circumvention tools to access the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent ban, and forfeiture of any balance held on the account. 1jili reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

1jili provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may set session time alerts that notify them when a defined gaming session duration has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 1jili platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and prevent all account access for the duration specified. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irreversible.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1jili platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, design elements, text, video streams, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 1jili or its licensed content providers. Nothing on the platform grants users any right, license, or interest in any such intellectual property.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the 1jili platform without the prior written consent of 1jili or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorized use of 1jili's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1jili shall not be liable to any user for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, delays, or errors that are beyond 1jili's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, and force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account as a result of the user's failure to maintain the security of their credentials;
• Any decision made by a user to gamble on the platform, including the outcome of any bet or game.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 1jili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

1jili reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1jili will notify registered users through the platform interface or via SMS to the registered mobile number. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the stated effective date.

Continued use of the 1jili platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a user does not accept the revised terms, they must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting 1jili support.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with the use of the 1jili platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute between a user and 1jili, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via 1jili's customer support channel. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in the English language or Filipino, at the election of the relevant regulatory forum.
